Sinopa Energy and BYSTRUP have teamed up to provide a multi-disciplinary architecture and energy transmission line serve in North America. Our staff is experienced and creative and works across borders to bring unique solutions to our clients’ needs. We are aware of the globally varying rules and requirements in transmission, that is why we specialize in tailoring our solutions for the individual client.
We offer a complete service solution where we guide our clients through the entire process from the initial discussions, via finished and tested prototypes, selection of the best contractor and right to the completion of the entire power line. Our designs are cost-efficient, aesthetic, and functionally optimized and our services include all kinds of designs, from aesthetic sculpture pylons, to suspension pylons carrying any Electricity High Voltage Line (HVL).
Tailored design or existing design options
With our turn key consulting approach, we can meet your specifications. Bystrup can modify one of their existing pylons – or design a totally new one, including all the technical design and detailed drawings, and appoint or work with a North American manufacturer to build a prototype, existing pylon or the entire line.
We can even assist in financing the lined, if required.
Our typical time line to accomplish for a transmission project is within 18-36 months depending on the project arrangement.

The Sinopa/Bystrup team takes care of project development and engineering support related to routing, site selection and environmental authorizations.
We also guide and advise, in coordination with government agencies, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and other stakeholders, in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, landscape analysis and visualization of lines in vulnerable areas.
We equally propose to participate actively in meetings with locals and user-groups, presenting these findings in a transparent process to ensure greater public understanding and approval.
