Overview
Sinopa provides support for project transition to operation for facilities by initiating, setting and administering the project close out procedure which ensures that the end users have a smooth transition to commence their operation. The services within this phase include typically the following for any project including the coordination for owner transfer schedule:
Contract closure:
Ensure that each contract is complete and settled, this would include the resolution of any open items or issues and the close of each contract applicable to the project or project phase including final payments.
Project close Out:
Sinopa manages the process to formally close the project or a project phase as stated in the project close out procedure which includes and not limited to:
- Project Close-out documents such as: land easements, as-built drawings, O& M manuals, Warrantees/Guarantees, Commissioning data and certificates
- Local and provincial or state Authority approvals
- Closing of Punch lists
- End user staff training
- Establishing Contractor’s obligation during defects liability period
