Sinopa can provide procurement management service for the following:

- Electricity supply and transportation procurement

- Electricity transmission line new construction procurement
- Sustainable solutions procurement
Sinopa procures for various stages of the project through a standardized process. It involves issuing Request for Information (RFI) or Request of Qualification (RFQ) as a first step to short list qualified companies. Sinopa then prepares and sends the RFP to the short-listed companies. Proposals received are evaluated, negotiated and final proposals are compared technically and commercially and a statement is issued to client with Sinopa’s recommendation.
